We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any item in your order doesn’t meet our high quality standards, return it and we’ll replace it or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order. The item you're returning MUST be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and also in the original packaging.

How to return your items:
Please send us an email at sales[at]legacyjewelrycollection[dot]com or call (336) 203-1212 to get a Return Authorization Number, which is required for all returns. We will need your original order number, this helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
